1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

All content, programs, services, communications, and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided constitutes, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial counsel, diagnosis, therapy, prescription, or healthcare provision of any kind.
The Provider does not treat, diagnose, cure, or prescribe for any condition or circumstance, whether physical, emotional, mental, or financial.

Users are fully and solely responsible for their own decisions, health, outcomes, actions, and results arising from their engagement with the materials.

2. Private Membership Association (PMA) Participation

All engagements, purchases, access, and interactions occur within a Private Membership Association (“PMA”) governed by private contract law, natural law, and constitutional protections.
By interacting with the materials and services, you voluntarily agree to enter into this private membership, waiving any rights to public legal action or regulatory oversight.

Participation is private, voluntary, and governed solely by the PMA Charter detailed at the end of this document.
 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, products, programs, services, trademarks, logos, designs, writings, recordings, course materials, audio, video, graphics, downloads, methods, and any other intellectual property (“Content”) are the exclusive property of Jennifer Van Allen unless otherwise indicated.

All rights are reserved worldwide, including but not limited to under common law, maritime law, air law, natural law, and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property protections.

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, or using any Content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Jennifer Van Allen is the original creator and author of the Content.

• "Jennifer Van Allen" constitutes an established brand name identifying the source and origin of all materials, products, and services.

• You agree that first use, publication, and commercial presentation by Jennifer Van Allen is established and documented, and you waive any right to contest or dispute this.

• You acquire no ownership rights to any Content by virtue of purchase, access, or use.

• You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, sublicensing, reselling, or exploiting any Content in any form or medium without express written permission.

• Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement subject to prosecution and remedies under applicable international, federal, state, and common law.
   

4. All Sales Final

Due to the intellectual and educational nature of the materials and services provided, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to dispute charges with your payment processor, financial institution, or any third-party authority.
 

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, downloading, interacting with, or using any material, service, or communication from Jennifer Van Allen, you affirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

• Are participating solely within the private domain of the PMA.

• Assume full personal responsibility for your actions, decisions, use, and results related to the materials and services provided.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use and access.
 

PMA Charter: Jennifer Van Allen Private Membership Association
 

I. Name and Nature of Association
The Jennifer Van Allen Private Membership Association ("Association") is a voluntary, private membership organization operating exclusively in the private domain, governed by natural law, common law, and constitutional principles.

II. Purpose
The Association exists to provide private educational services, communications, materials, programs, and community engagement to private members outside public jurisdiction, regulation, and commerce.

III. Membership Agreement
By accessing, viewing, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise engaging with any service, product, material, or communication offered by the Association, the User voluntarily enters into a private membership agreement governed by this Charter.

Membership is established by the act of interaction, and is binding upon first access, viewing, or purchase.

IV. Scope of Services
All materials and services are strictly educational.
No diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal advice, medical service, or public commercial business is provided or implied.

V. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or related to the materials or services must be resolved privately, within the Association’s designated private venue of mediation or arbitration.
No public court system, regulatory agency, or third-party intervention shall have jurisdiction.

VI. Sovereignty and Supremacy
This Charter supersedes any conflicting public law, statute, regulation, or commercial code to the maximum extent allowed by private contract and constitutional protections.
The Association shall be interpreted liberally in favor of maintaining the private domain.
